I could go on and on about how amazing my experience has been . From the process of going through diagnosis to care coordination . They offer parent tools to assist with being successful outside of ABA , they even uber my son so I can continue to work as a nurse . Susan from scheduling is amazing , Ashley , Kelly and Yngrid are all amazing with my son . We had a recent BCBA switch and Jessica has really been amazing with the unexpected transition. They really go above and beyond .

They have blocked me from their Facebook page. ******PLEASE READ THE EDIT AS OF 9/19/25 AT THE BOTTOM**** March 2025: Stay away. This placed used to be good. It has not been in a very long time. And its mostly their admissions/billing. My son hasnt gone there since September 2024 and since September 2024, ABA is stalling or refusing to pay back insurance on a claim they reprocessed. I have spent countless hours between insurance and ABA, emailing and calling (more times than not with no response) and because of ABAs incompetency, insurance is threatening to send me to collections in the next week. Please seek help elsewhere for your child, it will save you in the long run. *Edit , as of 3/24/25 ABA still hasnt sent the check to insurance even though they told me on 3 different occasions it was going out on this day that day and this day. then ABA sends me a notice that i owe them 3k. if this isnt enough to sway you to stay FAR AWAY, i dont know what will. ****EDIT as of 9/19/25 -- disregard their poor response that they have resolved matters with me. After everything they put me through in the review above, they had the audacity to send me a bill for $3500. A bill i was told i would never receive after services stopped because we were set up on an agreed upon payment plan. There are also recorded phone calls before i started services with them where they told me there would never be a "surprise bill" . This was a whole other issue that took time to resolve and i got it in writing that this "balance" was to never be sent to collections and i was not to be contacted about it ever again. Guess what? I have started receiving calls about the balance and in the mail today got a new bill for... $5500?? I have talked to previous employees and they have told me that this company has changed their values and are now built off of lies and giving parents false information that they'd never have to pay a cent more, just for them to be hit with thousands of dollars for services months or years down the line. *******STAY AWAY. please find services for your family elsewhere. It is not worth it at all to be in any sort of communication with them*****

This clinic recently relocated to its current location and it's even more amazing (and definitely much bigger!) than the original space. All of the staff are super passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of the children they work with.

I very rarely write reviews but felt compelled to. We stopped services with this company in October. They continue to charge my credit card $50 a month and it is now February. I’ve tried calling the billing department roughly 15 times. I’ve called the Director of both NH locations who just send me back to billing even though I stated they won’t return my calls. At this point, I’ll be calling my bank today to tell them the charge is not authorized. We had multiple RBTs in a short time frame and our BCBA left after a few months. We really did not have a good experience at all with this company.

Not new client or family friendly. Not sure why this place was so well rated. Tried getting information, gave detailed inquiries, also specifically requested not to be added to promotional emails when providing my information. They immediately signed me up for promotional emails and then emailed a copy/paste style generic response without addressing any of the information we needed. With our limited interactions, it seems like they have a solid marketing team but unless you/your child is an existing, paying client, you won't get any help and will have to wait and see what it'll cost after several appointments. Very dissapointed. Wish we were out of state to go to the facility that was kind and helpful, but whose staff are not able to operate virtually with out of state patients. Also wish I remembered the name of that place, but they had nothing within a 3hr drive.
