This entity is just like others. No assistance for families who really need help.

I scheduled a call via their website calendar to meet with the intake coordinator/administrative assistant (Laura B.), and on the day of the appointment, via video call, she never showed up. I emailed asking if she was going to join the call and got a response hours later saying, "Can we reschedule the call... I'm out for the day." I said, "Sure!" A day later, I got an email asking for my number, which was provided when I filled out the contact form and the appointment form. Regardless, I provided my phone number again. It has now been 8 days, and I have never heard back to reschedule, begin the intake process, or to know if they have capacity for my child. Unfortunately, there is a dark side to ABA service providers where they are careless, unprofessional, and just care about billing hours. Our children deserve better, and I leave this review here so that parents can steer clear of this provider. If this is the initial process and response, I can only imagine how unorganized and painful the scheduling, insurance, and ABA therapy is going to be further delaying services for a child.
