We can’t say enough good things about this place! My friend’s daughter has made such remarkable progress since starting therapy here. The staff is truly dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They take the time to understand each child’s unique needs and tailor their approach accordingly. The improvements we’ve seen in her communication, social skills, and overall confidence have been incredible. ASN has literally changed our lives. Our daughter went from being essentially non-verbal and non-responsive to outside cues, to talking in full sentences. The support that we've received from ASN from day one is unparallel to anything that we could have imagined, both therapeutically, but also when we've had to fight with our insurance. Our daughter loves all of her therapists and they have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help our daughter gain new skills and overcome obstacles. What more could one want when your previously attached-to-your-hip child leaves you at the door to join her favorite adults. We will forever sing their praises to anyone that will listen.

From the time I walked in to NKC ASN, I was greeted with a smile and always supported. I never worked for a place where I felt so welcomed. We have a great team and everyone works as a team together! I love watching them grow and learn new things, the RBTs do amazing work as long side of the BCBAs, will be quick to be there to answer your questions and be there to help.

Another review for bad staffing but for the Ellisville location. My daughter is supposed to receive 40hrs a week but over the last 4 weeks has not due to staffing issues. Before there was always atleast 1-2 days a month you’d get a message close to drop off time saying someone had called off and your child wouldn’t be able to attend that day but the last 4 weeks have been awful! Imagine going to your employer 4 weeks in a row and telling them you’ll only be able to work 3-4 hours, 4 days that week because ASN can’t keep employees. The amount of hours, duration and days changes every week as well so it’s impossible to plan ahead. I got the email today for next week schedule and promptly replied asking for some sort of consistency. Especially given that they have hired 3-4 people over the last 4 weeks. Instead of replying they sent out an email to everyone that the CEO would be at that location next week 4:30-5 where he will address everyone’s concerns around the staffing. Instead of replying to my email he wants me to come back 4.5 hours after I have to pick my daughter up…

My son has been going here for about a month now, and we love it! There have been some challenges with communication, like other reviews have mentioned, but ASN is aware of this and working to improve it. They've provided such loving care to my son, who has already grown immensely in the weeks he's been there! I was nervous about ABA therapy for five days a week, but staff at ASN has taken time to talk us through this decision, and it's really been wonderful! They definitely deserve more 5 star ratings :-)
