My son started attending in August of 2024 and has been amazing experience since day one. The therapists, BCBA’s, and Operations Manager Jessica have all been exceptional. They are very thorough, professional, and attentive. With the personalized care plans we have seen so much progress already. I love that it is one to one care as well. Anything my son needs or we have questions about they quickly resolve. This has been the best decision for my son thus far.

Our 4 year old son went to this center, we moved from Charlotte to Houston to enroll my son into any of the ABC centers because at the time there were no ABC branches in NC. Originally we were supposed to go to the Kingwood location but we’re so glad we ended up here instead. We had to leave because our daily commute was 4 hours round trip, but if we were given a chance again we would rather move closer to this center than sending my child anywhere else not only in Texas but in the whole US. We cannot begin to explain the wonders they made happen for our son, we were facing extreme challenges whether social or behavioral. The BCBA Kristen and the team under her supervision were just simply amazing and not to mention the involvement of the clinic operations manager Sydney and the discipline she has established here for everyone including the kiddos, the therapists and even the parents. Everyone treated our child as if their own. Being parents of a child on mid-high spectrum we were completely lost. We were at the point where we couldn’t go out to any events or even participate in daily activities like grocery shopping etc. Our son went to this place for about 3-4 months, but within such a short period the changes we saw in our kid were just astonishing and pretty big, they worked extremely hard on his behavior as well as social skills. Props to Kristen and her entire team, also huge credit to Sydney for keeping everything balanced. It’s not an easy job to make all this happen, so we respect all the hard work they put in. I cannot stress how much of a connection they made with not only our child but also with us parents. The parent meetings they held every other week were extremely useful and meaningful with a two-way communication of action items and any things we’d like to address and on top of that the progress that has been made. The team was very proactive whether it was about the feeding or anything else, they educated us before introducing something new. We can’t thank enough every single therapist like Jordan, Sandra and pretty much everyone else who was on Kristen’s team they were just fabulous, these are the people that we could literally trust our child’s life with. We still cannot forget the greetings from Amy ( the front-desk rep ) every day and the conversation she made, she was so diligent with kids’ arrival and the pickup time that she actively communicated with the therapists to pickup the kids by merely spotting the cars in the parking lot. It was just next-level service in every aspect. Everyone always answered the phone on first ring, especially Amy and Sydney. The email communication was spot on whether related to our inquiries or the general schedule or events. It was a very friendly and family like environment. We loved how Sydney and the rest of the team arranged family events. Their protocols for sick children or for any in center accidents were followed strictly which is a great thing for everyone. Their security protocols were well defined and implemented too. We cannot find a single thing to complain about, they completely transformed our child and we started feeling most of the time as if our child is not even on the spectrum anymore. Unfortunately, moving our kid from here wasn’t a good decision that we kind of regret every single day and going to the other place has basically put him in almost the same place as before. If I had another chance to work on our child with Sydney and Kristen, I would not waste a second to avail that, this kind of a team is rare glitch in the lives of families like us who are already so lost in navigating the present and future of their kiddos on the spectrum. We thank the entire Rayford team from the bottom of our heart.

This place exceeded my expectations. My son has been with ABC for 2 years now at the other location which he had no problem. When they open up this branch nearby our home , I was skeptic to transfer him to this new location because my son was not flexible at all. It is normal for me to be fearful in trusting my son to new people again. I am so happy that his transition for the first week was smooth and no issues. He is happy as he can be and I can see a big improvement on my son’s learning development. I really appreciate Sydney and Kamrie for being thorough. Furthermore, they are systematically organized on every details involving with my son’s well being, activities and targets throughout the day. I like their approach of family guidance meeting to the level of which we can understand, so that we can apply this tools at home. They truly show compassion and care to their clients like a family. They immediately correct miscommunication when we had one. Thank you so much to everyone especially to all the therapists that cares for my son. You know how much we appreciate you All. Please continue making a big impact to the life of these kiddos. God bless you All!
