She is a supervisor and also works directly with my daughter, Chloe, who is 5 years old, autistic, and nonverbal. Sarah comes to our home in the mornings to help Chloe get ready for school, and the level of care she shows is truly incredible. Chloe feels very comfortable with her, which means so much to me as a parent. Sarah is kind, gentle, patient, and consistently supportive of Chloe in every way. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the children
