Behavior Associates Muncie Early Learner's Center

This place is a joke! My grandson has been on a waiting list for over a year! Last time we heard from anyone was 6 months ago. This is unacceptable. They will give you every excuse in the book on the reasons why he has not been put in the program while stuttering searching for the words. Conveniently when you ask to talk to someone higher up they say they are in a meeting. How convenient is that? Definitely needs new management and structure. These people don't have a clue on what they are doing!

I really wanted to work with this company to get Aba therapy for my child. Sent over paperwork just to never hear anything back and be ignored. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this company. Muncie doesn’t have any good quality Aba clinics. They all have a waitlist and half of them never return phone calls. If you have a special needs dependent, Muncie is not a good city that’s resourceful for their needs

This is not a good place to send your child if you really want help. Belinda has to be one worst people I have met. She will lie and manipulate all situations. I believe some of her staff could be amazing assets for kids but with Belinda's unethical leadership it won't happen. Please do not send your child here. I don't want another family to go thru what we have.
