Not sure why its taken me so long to do this review given that my child has attended behavior builders for years now. I cannot thank this place enough for what they've done in our daughters life. They are like family to us. They've helped our daughter through many difficult times . Her progress hasn't been linear , its been a long journey that we continue on every day but the staff has helped us through every step of the way. If your child is on the spectrum and you're afraid for their future , this is a great place to start your child's journey 🩷 They are extremely knowledgeable, innovative, patient , kind , relatable, driven, passionate human beings and I'm so glad we found behavior builders all those years ago. Samantha is our bcba and we've had very many incredible rbts. Bill, the owner , is very compassionate and transparent . Hes always very good about explaining invoices if we have questions.We owe these people our lives!!! Can't speak enough praise on how much they've helped our girl progress and get through tough times throughout the years. My review isn't the best, grammatically speaking, but this is coming from a tired mama who just remembered to leave a review after all these years 😝🥰

My son has been attending Behavior builders for over a year and I am very pleased with the services they provide and his progress. His speech, social awareness and skills have progressed tremendously. The staff are friendly and experienced and they provide me with updates on his progress daily. I was reluctant in the beginning to try behavioral therapy for him but I’m glad we did.

One of the best decisions we made for our autistic baby boy was sending him to Behavior Builders for ABA therapy. During our search for the right center for him, we toured and spoke with several different ABA centers but there was something extremely comforting about THIS center that let us know immediately that they truly love what they do. Bill and Samantha are so incredibly wonderful to work with and all the RBTs are as well. Since starting, only 2 months ago, our preverbal son has started trying to say words, counting, matching and saying his ABCs. They are so patient with him and he absolutely LOVES coming here every morning. I cannot wait to see his continued growth over the years here. We cannot you guys enough!

Waiting to hear your child’s first words is such an amazing, exciting thing. I remember waiting and wondering what his first word would be. Would it be “mommy,” or “daddy” or “kitty?” But what do you do when his words don’t come? You keep waiting. And then you start worrying. Waiting and worrying and panicking is such a helpless, hopeless feeling. We believed strongly in early intervention and we began exploring every possible option to help our son find his words. Once we became aware that our son needed ABA therapy, we reached out to local clinics and scheduled a tour. The first facility we toured was cold and sterile (long before everything was Covid sterile) and we did not feel that that was the place for our sweet boy who hadn’t even turned two years old yet. After more research, we found Behavior Builders and were ecstatic to learn that our son could have his therapy in our own home, where he was comfortable and safe. I will never forget speaking with Bill Flood for the first time on the phone, sitting at my kitchen table. I was finally relieved and excited and hopeful. Our son soon began in home ABA therapy with Behavior Builders and we were so blessed with the therapist we received. She has made such a tremendous impact in our son’s life and she helped him find those words that we were so desperately waiting for. Once our son was ready, he began having his therapy sessions at Behavior Builder’s Argyle Clinic. This was a big step for me because I’d never even left him with a baby sitter. I knew he would be safe there and he absolutely loves his “school” and the amazing and sweet friends he has made. In a few short weeks we will be taking the next step and our son will be starting kindergarten. It is bittersweet and we will never be able to express how truly grateful and thankful we are for Sara, Bill, Samantha and the rest of the Behavior Builders team. This experience has truly changed our lives.

Though we are just starting our journey with Behavior Builders I did a lot of research and ultimately this was my top choice for my son to receive ABA services. Mr. Flood called me as soon as my son's referral was processed to get the ball rolling and answered all of the questions I had. He was very accomidating to my schedule when setting up our tour of the facility. Samantha and Shina were phenomenal during the intital assessment and eased all of my mommy heart worries. I feel very confident in my decision and know my babies are going to be in wonderful hands with any of the staff here. I cannot say thank you enough to everyone I have encountered here so far!
