I was literally on the base 2 months ago and had no trouble, I had to drive 45 minutes back to my house and 45 minutes back just to get my birth certificate and social security card to get on base to work. I understand safety and all but it wasn't my first time being on base

They leave people without food do not pay bills for patients. Refuse to answer the phone. Do not return calls at all. My poor aunt is special needs and they neglect her. I do not live near her or I would do these things for her.

We have been with Brighter Strides for a while now, about half the school year. We’ve had good people working with us and our son. ABA has been a huge help to us for our son’s needs. He is sensory seeking and needs attention and learning games and songs and interaction. He has become more verbal and gaining skills with the ABA help. Thank you Brighter Stride’s! Also we love outside the county in the country and they have found RBT ‘s to come to us. We are currently gettin a sun to stand in for the RBT we have had as she went on maternity leave, which is so fantastic! We are grateful!

At first I'm going to say that those 5 stars reviews before my review, are not actuall/real reviews....those are just made-up reviews. Those who gave reviews are not even live in St.Louis. First few weeks we were satisfied with this ABA agency's services. But then, after 2 months the therapist doesn't do much, too much break time, and she were used to grabbed my son's arm. She said she did it to my son's arm just to calmed him down. I was an ABA therapist too, and I don't think what she's doing was right. I told her to not doing that again because my son start to learn grabbed other people's or kid's arm. But she kept doing that to my son. Also my son learn to pinch other people's arm too. That's affects my son untill now. Since then, he always has trouble at school, in public places, even in school bus, teacher don't let him to socialized with other kids, and even restraint him. In St.Louis Brighter Strides doesn't have campus and I don't think they have few or more therapist., because Brighter Strides is new ABA agency in St Louis. So, we were stuck with 1 therapist and we ended up the service 2 months ago. If the manager came together with the therapist, They were talk to much, talked lot of things that's not related to the ABA therapy. Also, I would say that every family comes from different backgrounds. Rather than focusing on the ABA services, they also care about what we were wear, shoes or not shoes, we have lot of toys or not to provide their service...while they wearing un-appropriate clothes as therapist or professional.

Brighter Strides has been a blessing to my family! The therapists at Brighter Strides ABA are kind, incredibly professional and great at what they do. Most importantly they are very compassionate to those under their care. I am so happy to have found them. Thank you so much Brighter Strides!
