Initially my experience wasn't great and I think I felt like I was mislead by the way they advertised "same day (initial/intake) appointments" ...thinking I'd see the psych the day of my first scheduled appt...but that wasn't the case - you (or @ least myself) was seen Initially by a "pre-clinician, clinician" & that irkkked me bc that meant i had to schedule another appt a few days/week out to actually meet with the DOC .... which DID happen as scheduled & honestly turned out to be the absolute BEST/MOST CONVENIENT outcome that I could have ever asked for. That "pre-clinician, clinician" (who.i thought was somehow just scamming me into 😒-idk what! but it was something! If nothing else- scamming me into the runaround! 😑🤭 🤣) was actually just doing my intake to place me with (what ended up being) the best provider FOR ME and my situation & for what I was looking to get from their services.... so FFWD 9 months: I am BEYOND satisfied & grateful that I hung in there bc my doc gets me and most importantly LISTENS!!! I no longer feel like I'm going to a monthly interrogation by my psych dr, I look forward to being listened to, guided in the right direction, and not treated like I'm doing something wrong everytime I need to refill my monthly psych meds. Yall are doing great work, well at least I can CONFIDENTLY say that about MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE with the one and only, my A1-DAY1-BloomHealthCenter's-Finest :⭐️KASIE CASSELL, NP⭐️

I feel strongly that the provider does not listen to the patient, what the patient expresses as concerns during appointments, but rather invalidates the patient's concerns. The provider seems to repeat a script rather than engaging in a conversation about concerns that the patient has expressed. This has been the worst experience I've had with a provider.

Horrible session with Jonathan FRICKE, ended the session even though I told him I was only picking my car from the mechanic and it will take only a few minute.
