I am so impressed with the patient centered care that is given by Bloom Health in Richmond. They have amazing providers that truly care about their patients. They go above and beyond to ensure their patients are well cared for. Bloom Health offers many resources for patients seeking mental health care. I highly recommend their services.

My therapist is great. The system not so much. They send you about 4 reminders each week and you need to check in and pay early. There is no app so you need to relog in to the web browser every time you go to confirm the appointment and then go to the appointment. There are questions each time to confirm your identity and it’s really prohibitive for people who get overwhelmed easily. They need to figure out how to make the access to their therapists easy.

I have been a patient with Bloom for over a year now, I love my therapist Jina and my new one Zoya. Traci and Natalie have been great also. All of them are very easy to talk to and work with.
