It was a traumatic experience going to this ABA center. The front office is so unhappy all the time. They do not greet you and not so friendly. One time I told them my son was having health issues and will be late for therapy due to Dr appointments, they charged us late fees for coming. They told us it will be waived but they never did I ended up paying them all. They give you a notebook for updates but its never updated! I never know what my son ate, drink or if he peed or pooped. My son is nonverbal and this is very hard. Also my son came home with a scratch and a bandaid on his face with no incident report and when I came to bring him the next day and I asked the therapist, the front office person her name is Christina Nickerson told me to stop asking those questions because there are other people in the front. She was very rude and was never corrected on behavior despite me talking to the manager. and reporting her to the director nothing happened. Sadly we had to leave in the middle of the year to find other services. It was a really bad experience and wanted to share, not all Aba centers are like this, find the perfect one!
