Would avoid Doctor Kahn (Psychiatrist). Dr. Khan, is a creepy old man that preys on the patients that he sees. Very arrogant and non compassionate. Hides behind a “Harvard” degree when making non sense decisions. Does not care about a … More

This place, like many old school behavioral health centers will be left in the dust as newer, modern organizations are bringing mental health to individuals and meeting them where they are. I am so disappointed in the type of care and … More

I consider our family extremely lucky to have found Carelinks ABA. Our former BCBA left the company we were at and they were unfortunately not able to fill her shoes for several months. We were pretty devastated and scared. If you’re a parent in Iowa you already know the waitlists are usually a minimum of two years. Somehow I found an add for Carelinks on social media. I was able to connect with Sam right away. I appreciated his honest and persistent demeanor. He shared with me some of his story and mission that really drew me in. They offer home and community based services which is very exciting as we felt our son had done all of the work he could “in clinic.” The lead BCBA (Dan) is absolutely brilliant and competent at what he does. You will know the minute you talk with him what a special guy he is and how passionate he is about his role. The RBTs also all have higher education which I felt was very impressive. They are both very upstanding sweet and respectful individuals. They also express loving to work for this agency and how supported they feel. I’m just so impressed and thankful for this company and their team. Thanks guys, this stressed out mom breathes a sigh of relief…

As a BCBA and a parent of a child with autism, I can confidently say that CareLinks is a highly ethical practice. The owners and BCBAs are focused on neurodiversity-affirming practices, child-led sessions, and meaningful goals. The kids have so much fun in assessments and sessions. It’s also really nice to see a great in-home option that will work with family’s schedules whether they meet them in their home, in the community, or even at school if it works with their insurance. Just a really solid program made up of great people.
