Not a welcoming atmosphere and there was patient discussion in the lobby while I was waiting on my appointment. The provider sat with their back to me and was just rereading my intake sheet back to me. Not prepped. Left 3 minutes into the visit. Still charged $30 for a “cancellation fee.”

This place has been nothing but outstanding for my son. The staff, from the front office to therapists, to ownership are always professional, caring, and with only the best intentions. We've been coming here with our non-verbal son for 6 years. Wouldn't have moved here without finding this place, and they are why we won't move elsewhere anytime soon.

Miss Hillary, refuse me info about my child because she had a outdated paper from court. Wouldn't answer my call but when I called from another number they answered pretty fast. I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Thinking I would hang up. When I requested copysof my sons records. I was told that it will b $300. Thanks to the the new iPhone. I started recording when they put me on hold. So I called again this morning and was told she was in a meeting all day. When u are taking care of someone child u need to identify urself with ur full name. Will be looking for another place for my child.

Not a bad place but lacking in communications which leads to problems w clients.
