Get treated like crap when you decide to leave their services. My son was doing well, just had to make some adjustments. Didn't have to leave his stuff outside for me to pick up.

Our family has had a great experience with Bright Futures. Kelli and Brantley are very professional. They listen carefully and answer all our questions. Our son is always happy to see them when he walks in. As the parent of a nonverbal … More

Truely the best, when i first started i was a little scared. I saw change with him in 3 months he has been going now for almost a year and i am beyond impressed. I love how they can work into your schedule. Also on how they keep you envolved in the work they do with your kid.

My son has been attending Bright Futures ABA Therapy since July of last year after he was diagnosed with autism. He struggles with developmental delay and behavioral problems, including physical aggression, property damage, inappropriate attention seeking and elopement. From the beginning, the owner went above and beyond with communication and to help me get him started with the program. I immediately trusted him and understood he was knowledgeable in his field. After starting full time (Monday-Friday 8:30-4:00!), my son and our whole family have learned, changed and adapted our habits to practice ABA in our daily lives. Beyond that, we have bonded with the staff, namely the original BCBA. She meets with my son’s dad and I every month, or more as needed, to discuss his progress and interventions we use at home. She has attended IEP meetings with us and acted as an advocate for our son. We have grown so close with her and trust her judgement in every aspect of his life. We get daily written reports on his morning and afternoon sessions, each of which he is always matched with his own therapist for 1:1 attention. Our BCBA is now helping us prepare our son for kindergarten next year. Bright Futures is expanding for a larger client base, which is amazing for our community. Most ABA facilities in this area have very lengthy waitlists. Now, with 3 BCBAs and 2 clinics adjoining in Mariner’s Plaza, they are able to accommodate more clients. The care of each child is highly individualized, based on their placement on the spectrum and age. Our goal for our son is to phase ABA out over the next year or so as he hopefully integrates into public school. ABA is a process, but it works. I can’t imagine sending my son to school without the tools he has learned at Bright Futures. It’ll break my heart when we don’t need them any more, because I will miss them! But I know the day will come because I see the progress he’s made. It’s setting a foundation for his lifetime in how to adapt and function with socially acceptable behaviors. Plus, it’s teaching us how to parent him. I don’t know were we’d be without their guidance. I have absolute faith that they will continue to help us all learn and grow until we’ve achieved the success we’re working towards.
