What can I say… I could write a whole page but I’ll try to keep it short. The first week was great. Then as I started speaking up, things changed. The techs and the former BCBA violated HIPAA. Several techs violated recipient rights too. When I brought it to the owner Mariah‘s attention, she was gaslighting me as I was advocating for a change. (verbal report and written report contradicted themselves.) When I questioned it and requested a new tech, my son was taken off the schedule for seven weeks while they were “finding a new tech”. (Meanwhile new techs were hired, and new kids were added to the schedule) However there was zero communication during the 7 weeks for putting my child back on the schedule! After seven weeks when the owner finally reached out on a Wednesday /Thursday, to say she hired a new tech that was training that week and will be ready on Monday… she pressured me several times for an answer within 24 hours! (Screenshots & pictures don’t lie) I’ll never send my kids here again.
