I switched my child to Building Bridges after the other center ignored my concerns. After a couple of days at bb I saw progress with my sons speech. The staff is Amazing and my kids LOVE it . Every time we go they are excited to go and always come back extreamly happy. Im so lucky we found this place.

My daughter loved it. The therapists were good to her so for that I will give two stars. The supervisor here is not an understanding person. My daughter was discharged due to her attendance. She missed some days because of illnesses and it counted against her attendance which I think is absurd. The center calls you if your child is ill and tells you not to bring them back until certain symptoms have been gone for a complete 24 hours, which I totally agree with. (My daughter is only two so she’s at that age where she got sick often in the winter even with her being updated with her vaccines and flu shots) There was a period of time when I was getting her there late due to being in between cars. I called her out today as well because I’m pregnant with twins and was sent to the hospital by my doctor because of pre term labor signs. Dad was with me and my kids were with grandparents in Muncie. I understand that I signed an attendance policy and that these are my problems but I expected a bit more understanding and compassion. It came down to that if my daughter is missing days then the therapists aren’t getting paid. Fine, I take full responsibility for my daughter’s absent days and tardiness. I immediately began searching for another center with good reviews and I found one in Westfield. They can get my daughter started in less than two months so I began doing the ppw. I needed a copy of my daughter’s diagnostic report. I called and left a message. I was sent the email immediately. The report would not open though so I forwarded the email to the center that was requesting the report and they couldn’t open the report either. I emailed Hopebridge asking if my fiancé or I could come in and get a printed copy since the other way wasn’t working. They never said yes or no. Instead I kept getting the same exact email in response. I called a few more times and no answers. I left messages and I was ignored. When my daughter was attending Hopebridge, they were much nicer and always responded immediately. It’s sad that things became this way because I had high hopes for this facility and I really expected to go far with them. I will reiterate that the therapists were good with my daughter but management can be very rude and non responsive once they’ve made their minds up that they’re finished with you and your kid. This is just my experience.

We was real eager for our child to attend hopebridge. We had only heard the best about the hopebridge centers. However, we quick became discouraged and very disappointed in the overall image we was getting from hopebridge. Was told our child would start end of March first week pf April, that would contact me a week or 2 ahead of her start date. Come March 17 I started calling sending emails. Find the manager told me that she would call me back after staffing things. Mind you this was March 17th. I gave her 2-3 days called back I was told how the was having a shortage of staff. Some staff Gad left them and unfortunately she was now working with the kids. And how the wages for this job is much more competitive and the just can’t compete. They hadnt hired And that she wasn’t sure how much longer it was gonna be before they were able to do anything. 1. very poor follow up. 2. Poor communication 3. un profesional due Conversation. 4. Mananagement has very Poor skills even hire up. Spoke with Abby she was great. The manager over that office was suppose To contact me never did. I finally middle of april started looking for other alternatives.due the still lack of comunicación. I never received not even an apology other then from Abby whom was very communicative through the whole situation. It’s really sad when you have one of your best employees apologizing for what she didn’t do. Make staff look irresponsible. Abby you are courageous for trying so hard to fix the image I had of hopebridge. However your effort did not pull the weight of the others the continued to be nice even asi wasn’t sure.
