Can Do Kids Therapy

BEWARE!!! My daughter was taking their speech services, and I have insurance which they told me they accepted and made copies. I would ask each appointment what the service would cost after my co-pay and never got a straight answer from them. I ended up calling my insurance only to find out that Can Do It Speech had never submitted anything or even called, and to find out that they did not cover speech therapy, this firm was giving me the run around on purpose, to rack up their bill. I spoke to Nikki today because I just received a new bill, but we have not been there for 7 months, and I PAID IT IN FULL; back in November of 2020. She was very rude on the phone and kept saying that I still have a balance. What company takes seven months to do their paper work? And not to mention that I sent a letter with my dissatisfaction to the person in charge last year, and never even received a response. They are unprofessional and disorganize, and will try to send you a large bill at the end of treatment.

I've been taking my son here for several months now and it's been an overall great experience. Most importantly, my son is speaking more often and with greater confidence!! It's been a pure joy!

My son has completed speech therapy and is continuing his occupational therapy at can do kids. He loves coming to his appts with Jessica and Diana. He has worked very hard and enjoys new experiences each week. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We love can do kids therapy!!

My daughter loves going to see Amy for speech therapy. It's the highlight of her week. We are the last appointment of the day, but she is always full of energy for us and so sweet. She is so positive and gets my daughter to work really hard during our sessions. We love her!!
