My son’s pediatrician has been calling in referrals since December and they have not contacted me to set up an appointment. I’ve called numerous times myself and left many voicemails and haven’t received any call back. Very unresponsive and unprofessional.

The provider who evaluated him was amazing. So supportive and helpful! However, the front desk is terrible. Over a year and I still haven't been able to get a copy of his records despite a couple times of being told they were get it to me after finally getting through to someone. I ended up signing a release for his pcp to get them because i just couldnt get them and at his yearly check up they informed me they never received them either. I ended up having to move forward with his iep without this supporting documentation. So frustrating.

My son went for an evaluation that was January and we still have no results. He was there for 2 hours with Dr.Kirk. We had results apmnt set to give me the information she gathered but I had to cancel and or miss bc I am a stay at home mom of 3 one of wich was a 4 month old at the time..since then trying to get these results has been absolute hell. I call at least once a week, send email, leave messages and NOTHING. The few times I've gotten an answer they say "sorry we'll get the information and call you back" and they NEVER do. I dial every extention everytime I call just in hopes someone will answer. In my voicemails I beg for a call back and NO ONE EVER DOES. As a parent I worry about my son and very much want the results so if there is anything going on with my child I can stay on top of it and get them whatever help or assistance they need. THIS PLACE MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE. FROM ONE PARENT TO ANOTHER DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This has been a horrible crazy making time for us with this office. If I could give 0 stars I would. You shouldn't withhold valuable information from a mother just bc she has a busy life. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone.

Got a referral for my son back in December to go here. Sent in all paper work needed, documentation sent in by teachers, all the things they ask for, etc. Still waiting on someone to answer my calls and schedule the appointment. It's been 6 months ... Edit to add, it's been 7months now. Still no response. I've re-emailed them twice this week.

Drs are great and quick to get you but if you need an initial appointment or to get medication after your appointment they are very slow and you have to constantly call them and message them so you don’t fall through the cracks. 5 months for initial appointment to be seen and now over a month waiting for medication after trying all recommendations before hand.
