Centerpointe For Children is the best place to go for sensory and developing needs. Megan is our therapist and she is beyond great. My child has made so much progress with her, but any of the other therapists are just as compentent, confident and caring. Can't recommend this place enough!

The therapists who conducted the behavioral therapy were wonderful. They were professional, caring, and effective, and I truly appreciated the positive impact they had on. However, my experience with the person who handled the insurance side of things was less than ideal. I felt unimportant and frustrated by the lack of communication from his end. Unfortunately, this lack of clarity and follow-up led me to make the difficult decision to go with another vendor for therapy services. While I truly valued the therapy itself, the poor customer service regarding insurance left me feeling unsupported.

I was fortunate to have started my son’s ABA journey very early on and remained consistent with all his therapies even throughout pandemic. I have had experience with a number of different centers, but truly have had and continue to have the best experience with ACES in Irvine. From their fantastic front office staff, amazing BCBAs, quickness to respond to any and all situations, I’m always impressed. I will say that experiences will vary with all kiddos on the spectrum and it really comes down to the quality and dedication of their BIs. But, it can be a lot of trial and error to find that perfect BI for YOUR child. Everyone is different. But we were blessed to have BI Stephanie P. working on my son’s case. She embodies that perfect balance of knowledge, dedication, and empathy that I hoped to find in a therapist. My son’s smiles and laughter mean everything. I wish we could hold on to Stephanie and have her work with my son forever! :)

My son has been receiving services here for a while , he’s met so many little friends and therapist and they have all been the best with him . He is improving a lot! . I appreciate the people he’s came across here at ACES and who he’s gonna come across. I am grateful for the support he gets . Everyone is super friendly, nice and super supportive and understanding.
