You may be HANDCUFFED, then strip searched at the hospital if you go to this location. I am a 63-year-old mother of autistic twin sons and met with psychiatrist Sujata Kunwar Malla for the first time in 2025. I have trouble with shaking in the afternoons, so I was hoping she would prescribe me med

It took months for my son to get an initial appointment. Now that he’s been accepted to receive services they switched his provider . She personally called me to set up an app for him to be seen in the office AGAIN, which is a $30 copay. My son has yet to be seen because that alpha been rescheduled THREE times due to her not being in the office because it’s her OFF DAY. Why schedule appointments when the provider is going to be off that day? And when I asked for my son to be seen by the first Dr the response I got was ‘ he’s seeing this Dr now’. Ma’am that’s not what I asked. If I’m paying for services I would like my requests to be met. It’s unprofessional that his appointments been canceled 3 times and I have to reschedule every single time!

My therapist and psychiatrist team of Ellen Cook and Kyle Ward have absolutely changed life for the better. They listen, they are kind, they pay attention to tics, they laugh at my corny jokes, and they don’t make me feel broken. They offered the tools and guidance to make my life better and gave me a confidence boost I didn’t think was possible. I feel lucky to have been able to meet these two truly selfless and loving people, much less have them both in my corner.

Don’t recommend coming here. If your assigned Malla Sujata I feel sorry you. She is very rude and doesnt know what she is doing .My appointment was at 2pm and was not seen till 2:30pm.The therapist and psychiatrist do not communicate at all. When I went for my appointment, I thought I was getting meds; thats what the therapist they assigned told me, but when I got there, Malla, the psychiatrist I was assigned too, was confused to why I was there and had no notes from the therapist. She was very rude and had an attitude the whole time. I tried to explain what Elizabeth the therapist who I was signed too said. Malla ignored me and proceeded to tell me I’m depressed and dismissed my concerns.

My daughter was in counseling with Mia. Every time that my daughter had an appointment with her, I felt that Mia was always going against my home rules and teaching my daughter that she did not have to respect me as the parent. I asked to have my daughter which to see someone else and they told me they could not do so.

I'm currently in the process of applying for mental health benefits. I visited the office on Monday to sign a release form, but it's now Wednesday and the form still hasn't been uploaded into my file. It's frustrating to see such delays, especially when it comes to sensitive medical records. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable and needs to be addressed promptly. I used to see Ellen Cook, my therapist, at this location. I had a great experience with her, but I feel she deserves a more professional environment. My decision to leave wasn't because of her, but rather due to the quality of service. Unfortunately, it seems like nothing has improved since my departure."
