Children's Clinics For Rehabilitative Services

My son is almost 20. He has Down Syndrome. He can be stubborn. Every time we go to our appointments we are helped in so many ways from resources, to making my son feel comfortable. They give their all. It is very appreciated.

I followed my children's pediatrician here and I'm very happy with the level of professionalism and care every member of the staff shows my kids and me while we're there. They have a huge fish tank my kids love and a whole area of sensory games right when you walk in.

They are always making unwanted appointments. When calling you get voicemail. They change your appointments without your knowledge. A manager has called me previously on this saying they were going to fix this problem and didn’t.

My son has been on the waiting list for almost a year and they still don’t think he’s a priority even though he was born extremely premature and very much needs services. I would not recommend. They do not prioritize your child and say “you can keep waiting.”

We are so very grateful for the incredible therapists that our daughter has at Children's Hospital. They are wonderful with her and she is making such great progress! Megan is her main PT and Amanda is her main OT and they are just awesome with her. Cannot say enough good things about them both! They consistently go above and beyond!
