Nancy was hired by the courts to be the visitor in our guardianship case. She preformed a zoom call meeting with my husband and I. I could tell she was taking notes, which I appreciated. She then typed the notes up and emailed them to me to look over. She got a lot wrong so I edited it accordingly, trying not to add anything she didn’t have written down. I sent it back to her thinking she would complete it in a professional manner. When she submitted her report to the courts it sounded like a child wrote it. I was so disappointed I called her to ask how this is possible. Apparently, she expected me to write my own report. Nancy Smith was not worth the $10,000+ that was spent on her services. I would NOT recommend her to anyone in the future.

Great counselors and the best treatment, hands down. Between the programs meetings and the message they bring is just amazing!!! I will recommend this treatment to whoever is having a struggle or problems. When I first attended Choices For Change Counseling I was a broken person. depressed, dependent on alcohol…feeling completely worthless and alone. Upon intake, I was treated with warmth, compassion, and respect. This continued throughout my treatment. The greatest gift they gave me was a renewed hope and belief in myself. By helping me to find a path to personal insight and healing, Choices For Change Counseling gave me the basic set of tools needed to help me through the life-long journey recovery. I am grateful for everything they did for me. Choices For Change Counseling is a great place to come and get and stay sober. They really care about you as a person and work with you to get your life back on track. Nancy is amazing! I truly had a wonderful experience here and I would recommend Choices For Change Counseling to anyone in need of help with addiction.

I was able to get in for services within a week, other places I've waited for over 5 months. I haven't felt cared about like this anywhere else. This facility & people will CHANGES despite cost!

Choices is a haven of peace and encouragement. Our family has had many opportunities to come to Choices for Change Counselling over the past few years. I don't know what their statistics are, but we are always helped with our problems and given tools to continue the work in our own lives. Both counselors are dedicated and genuine professionals. Truly an oasis of care!
