My 7 year old son sees Brittany for speech therapy. Brittany is amazing, patient, and she makes my son feel wonderful about himself during and after their sessions. I think this is a wonderful assistance place for our area.

DV Therapy is AMAZING! The therapists are incredibly patient, kind, and talented. They've worked wonders with my child, helping them gain confidence and improve their communication skills. The personalized approach and supportive environment make all the difference (shout out to Mrs. Brontie!) We're so grateful for the progress they've made and can't recommend DV Therapy enough! 5 stars isn't enough - they'd deserve 10 stars if I could give them!

Bad experience from beginning to end. Therapists don’t meet qualifications as they are assistants and not OT. Admin staff needs to be retrained. Company motto “client first, therapist second, company third” doesn’t align with their values. My son was referred by our private insurance in November, I called to schedule yet was given the run around call after call and nothing was scheduled until February. Shortly after, my daughter was approved by Westside Regional Center for OT, so before choosing this clinic I asked Hannah if they worked with them and her answer was yes. We had a few sessions with both of my kids seeing Ms. Gwen back to back. A week ago we started my daughter’s session which was abruptly interrupted by Hannah saying we need to stop due to a contract issue with the provider. I was not given an explanation further, I was also not given options to finish her session even if that meant paying out of pocket. I followed up same day with Hannah asking what the issue was but was again not given an answer. Monday came so I followed with her again yet was told “team is actively working on it” and was offered to cancel my son’s appointment. I took my son to his appointment and followed up that afternoon with Hannah who said “we don’t have a time frame”. I called to speak to a supervisor was told there was no direct line but they would email Ms.Alya. I finally got a call today from Mariah calling about my son yet the issue is about my daughter. She stated since the therapist is an assistant OT the program won’t pay for services so they need redirect my daughter elsewhere. I explained my concerns and asked why it took them a week of me following up to get an answer they clearly had since day one. I expressed I will need to move my son eventually and was offered to remove him from the schedule. I want to make it clear that Ms. Gwen had been great with my children and this is solely about admin. This is customer service at its worst. Not only did they not follow up with the regional center but she told me I should speak to upper management on their end for not letting me know OT assistants couldn’t provide service. That should be a situation for the companies to discuss not the clients.This ultimately affects children and parents who advocate for their kids. It was made clear that we didn’t matter as clients and just another number on the book.

DV Therapy is an excellent pediatric therapy center that truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care to children. The staff are super friendly, extremely patient and helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable in their field. They take the time to really understand each child's needs and create personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs. The facilities are top-notch, with cool and interactive rooms and waiting areas that are perfect for kids. My favorite parts were the rock wall and the swings, which kept my child entertained and engaged during our visits. The entire team at DV Therapy is dedicated to helping children achieve their full potential and reach their goals, and it really shows in the quality of care they provide. I highly recommend DV Therapy to any parents looking for top-quality pediatric therapy services.
