Claim your listing!Where do I even begin. The very first day of taking my autistic 3yr old here I was terrified. He had never been away from me before and handing him over to strangers was so overwhelming. I am happy to say this staff is no longer strangers, they're family. Every one of the employees who are managed by Kristen are stars. They have shown my baby boy so much patience and love. His main RBT is Dayra, who is literally a walking angel, is my babies favorite person in the world. My family is so blessed to have such an amazing place that genuinely cares about my babies progress. If google would let me give 1000⭐️ I totally would. Best ABA ever!!!!!!

We had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. Most recently my son came home with a bruise on his neck, and Kerry calling his dad “extra daddy” which is beyond inappropriate. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt over and over. The management started with Catalina, Michelle, and Priscilla all being over his case. And with no communication it all changed. Things had gotten better when my son got a new rbt but she had to leave and after that they had no one to be with my son so they canceled multiple times. Commonwealth failed my son. Someone in the company let me know the other rbts are scared of my son and unsure how to care for him. It’s so back and forth. They tried to convince me to put my son in full time, but he’s in school. My son thrives in school, and part of the point of aba is so they can succeed in school. They gaslight you, lie to you, and are completely unprofessional. The turn around here is crazy. They can’t even keep management straight, definitely not the rbts. They went from saying they would do whatever to help my son, to letting me know it would be best for him to discharged. They didn’t give me all of his belongings. Please look into another place. From the words of shawn (from management) “commonwealth failed you”. And they did. This experience has been heartbreaking, frustrating, and just plain overwhelming. They make nothing easy, and the communication is ridiculous. There’s been times I’d reached out with problems I was having and got no response. No help. This place is really not worth anything.
