I’ve tried multiple times to call this center and no one ever answers the phone. All I get is a recording with options, but I can never reach an actual person. It’s extremely difficult to contact anyone here, and I’ve been trying to get in touch so that I could obtain my son’s diagnosis from this center. Very frustrating experience.

I’m a mother of an eight-year-old autistic child. We are a military family so with that kind of insurance there are always a couple more obstacles we have to jump and go through in order to get approved for any kind of services or ABA therapy so I’m pretty custom to making phone calls and having to do multiple back-and-forth emails, however when I found this location, I left multiple voicemails with no callbacks an on the website originally tells me there’s an error in this webpage cannot be found That should’ve been my first red flag, but I still found a way through and the webpage seems like a lot of fluff propaganda while it’s easy to navigate the webpage. There is a message feature for you to access were you can basically just leave a message and they will get back to you. I did that for three days and nobody got back to me, navigating this autism community at times be very frustrating. You feel like you constantly running into dead ends or each facility is not the right fit but when you run into a facility that you can’t even make contact with you feel like wooooow where did I make the wrong turn that I end up at a place that won’t even be reachable to my child And waste my time. I would never recommend this location even though we have not been there, but if you can’t get through via phone call or emails or website messenger that should tell you right off the bat this is not the right place to take your child.

My daughter had her evaluation took awhile of course, there’s so many children who need assistance. Nicole Reyna I believe is her name — I can’t say enough kind things about her. She’s making this experience very easy for us so I wanna give kudos to her because she actually cares about kids and loves her job and it exudes over the phone and over internet calls. Thank you so much for the guidance on helping my daughter and for giving me peace of mind throughout this journey we’re starting. Give this place a chance, I’m a mother who also had to wait on Medicaid and this transition over is so much better than what I’ve experienced over at Easter Seals.

They saw my baby girl within a whole year. She was referred by her PCP then waited about 3 weeks got a call from ACN & had her first eval a month later. They did let me know the wait was about 4-6 months. They recommend in the meantime for me to enroll her in school so she can get help early on. Within 6 months I got another appointment for her but the day of the appointment she was very sick so they rescheduled me within the month still. Very happy with ACN so far.

Waited a year and a 1/2 to have my grandson seen. Then multiple calls to have him have the right paperwork from his doctor sent over to them so that insurance would be correct. 6 days prior to the appointment A young lady calls and leaves a message on my phone, his appointment has been canceled because I did not fill out the appropriate paperwork in the packet that they sent me. Was a full time job that gets kind of difficult. I will no longer promote this organization nor will I refer clients to this organization. Pamela Allen, CEO Eagle's flight advocacy and outreach
