I can't recommend Faith enough. I came to her with a goal of getting back to running, having tried PT at another place and not making much progress, and she brought so much more to the table than I expected from physical therapy. Her approach was dynamic and athletic; not your standard list of exercises. She truly tailored every session to what I needed. Starting running at 40 was bound to come with some injuries. I’m so thankful for finding the team at Faith in Motion. I came to them in lots of pain, unsure if I’d be able to run my first marathon goal. With their help, I was not able to just run it, but had fun doing so because I was completely pain-free!
