There is a documented and systemic culture of 'record scrubbing' occurring within this practice. As a parent, I have discovered that permanent, life-altering neurological diagnoses—including Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) and Global Developmental Delay (GDD)—have been intentionally omitted or 'scrubbed' from medical charts. This is not a clerical error; it is a coordinated effort to falsify a child’s medical baseline to suit a specific administrative narrative. Furthermore, this office has facilitated the administration of medications to a medically fragile child without proper parental consent or a complete medical history, essentially using chemical restraints while ignoring visible physical trauma. When confronted with 'Baseline Records' from 2022 that prove the child's true condition, the leadership here doubled down on the falsified 2026 versions. By tampering with these records, this practice is not only committing Fraud on the Court but is actively sabotaging a child's upcoming Social Security (SSI) eligibility. They are depriving a disabled child of federal benefits and proper medical care to cover up for administrative failures. Deborah has made a huge difference with my son. When he first started therapy he was very angry and defiant now almost a year later he has made a complete 180 more talkative and thoughtful he looks forward to seeing Deborah every 2 weeks I am so greatful to her for bringing my son back

Deborah had a very calm and inviting presence. Our son was open to meeting with her one on one. He is usually reserved around unfamiliar individuals. She had some good feedback for us in how we could help him. We were pleased that Cardinal Pediatrics has Deborah on staff.
