Peter Musu was often rude to me when I was his patient, but even more noteworthy was how Dr. Nathan centers undiagnosed me from my disorder and rapidly took me off of all of my medication. This led to a severe episode which almost costed me my life. I do NOT recommend going here.

Make sure you are “in-network” with your insurance before you schedule your appointment. I called and gave them all my information including my insurance. I called a few days before my daughter’s appointment to see how much my co pay would be. The receptionist at the front desk, I didn’t get her name said she would call me back the same day and let me know if I had to pay anything on the day of the appointment. She never called back so I assumed we were good to go. Appointment day, we go in and she said we were out of network and would have to pay $200 for the session today. Wasted my time and my daughter was looking forward to her session. So make sure you find out your co pay and if you’re “in-network”before you show up and waste your time and a wasted appointment slot that someone else could have had.

I went to this pathetic clinic for anxiety treatment for GAD. For two months I was given three different medications none approved to treat my condition. All were being used off label. I was paying out of pocket due to not having insurance. The medication management appointments were 300$ each and two weeks in the nurse practitioner said I’d need to be seen every week because my condition was not improving at all and I kept asking for higher doses. They told me over and over I would need to go inpatient for treatment. I soon learned the nurse practitioners worked at the inpatient facility I was being referred to as well. This is a for profit clinic! They are ONLY worried about making money. It has been four months. I lost my job, home and almost my relationship. The whole time they criticized me for having this extreme problem. I since moved back to Pennsylvania and went to a regular family doctor. I was prescribed ONE medication (Prozac) and three weeks later I’m doing great. The medication I was prescribed is FDA approved to treat anxiety and the medication I should’ve been prescribed from the start. The doctor I’m seeing now was asking me why I wasn’t offered the actual anxiety medication and I have come to the conclusion, that if I was give this one medication from the start they wouldn’t be able to charge me for having to keep changing the medication. They are not there to help and I strongly suggest going to a real doctor before stepping one foot into this place. What a waste of my time and more importantly my mental health that was already suffering. This started December 2022

Gave it three good tries with seperate staff. Everyone has different needs and therapy goals, but no one that I spoke to here actually helped. In opposition, they made life more stressful and just once, I wish they had remembered to follow through with sending the resources they offered. I cannot reccomend.

I’m currently out $100 thanks to this establishment. Paid $100 for an appointment that was covered by my insurance and when the explanation of benefits came in the mail I called and requested a refund because I am no longer seeing anyone in that office. I was told to email them the benefits explanation and they would get back to me. They had already been paid and it should have reflected in my account, I asked to speak with an office manager to which I was told they could not take the time to speak with me. I instead took the benefits explanation to the office and was told I could not receive a refund at this time as they would need to review this. I asked again to speak with the office manager and they refused to speak to me because they were “too busy”. Poor customer service for an establishment that is supposed to help with your mental health.
