Dr Mani has been a lifeline for me in getting through some of the most difficult challenges of my life over the last few years. Sometimes sessions are intense and deep and other times I will be like that was a nice easy session but then sure enough a few days later it will hit me the realizations and things that came up or things I need to work on. Dr Mani is the man. After seeing a few therapists who were pretty passive, "and how does that make you feel?" types - it was super refreshing and productive to see someone who is honest, real, direct, challenges you, and brings some levity and humor to tough situations.
