I can’t say enough about Dr. Park and Elevate Medical. The Spravato treatment was extremely effective for me and has really had a profound positive impact on my life. It’s a process, but Dr Park was so helpful and supportive throughout. The facility itself is a wonderful comfortable and safe feeling environment which is so important for this kind of treatment.

I had a great experience doing Spravato treatments with Dr. Park. She really listens and cares about her patients, and the medications she prescribed worked well for me. The office is lovely and peaceful, a perfect place for the sessions. I’m fortunate to have a good insurance plan, but also appreciative of Dr. Park for working with my insurance to limit the out of pocket expenses. Best of all, I think the treatments really helped me make positive changes in my life. Highly recommend.

I've had a wonderful experience with Elevate so far! I had a consult with Dr. Park a few months ago and found her incredibly warm and knowledgeable. I felt like she listened well and understood the nuances of my situation. She is clearly well-versed in all things ketamine/Spravato/mental health and makes me feel confident in her expertise while also having a warmth and friendliness that makes me feel almost like I'm talking to an old friend. The clinic itself is open-concept, which is different than what I'm used to, but I'm a huge fan. I look forward to my sessions in large part because of the space she has created. I feel at home there and I so appreciate the materials she has available for reflection pre/post session -- books, drawing materials, snacks, etc. Very happy so far and eager to continue treatment!

I have been a patient of Dr. Park's since February 2025 and have been on various medications since 2018. After a lot of research, I looked into Spravato and found Elevate Medical's website. Within a week I had an intake appointment with Dr. Park and have been actively receiving Spravato treatment since March. Dr. Park has created a beautiful treatment center (complete with two very precious pups) in Midtown and the Spravato treatment has been life changing. I have weekly check-ins with Dr. Park to follow up on the past week having had my treatment and how my other medications are working. As of now, I have come down on my SSRI completely over the span of 3 months and am continuing to taper off medications. The great thing about being a patient of Dr. Park's, is that she understands my frustration with certain medications and is along for me exploring any available or different treatments besides the basic level of care. I feel heard and understood by Dr. Park. My personal goal was to never rule prescription medication out, but I am so thankful that Dr. Park is there to help guide me through my medicinal journey. If you are on the fence about scheduling a consult with Elevate Medical, you can take my experience as a sign to reach out. Before I had my intake with Dr. Park, Elevate Medical's Office Manager was able to verify very quickly whether my insurance was accepted, and Dr. Park was very clear and transparent about what would qualify me to receive Spravato treatment with the benefit of my insurance.

Oh my god. The receptionist is sooooo terrible and extremely inconsiderate. Considering that this place is mental health center, she makes it soo hard to even make an appointment. I called probably 5 times at this point just trying to make an appointment. You would think that if someone is persistently trying to make an appointment at a MENTAL HEALTH CENTER that it would be taken seriously. At this point I feel like she is intentionally trying to push it off so she doesn't have to do her job… At first she told me to send her my insurance via email to ensure that I am covered even though I found this office via my insurances in network office list, i was told it was too blurry so I sent it again which I understand, fine. No response so I call to read them the insurance numbers for her to process after not hearing back. I ask to make an appointment but she is still saying no? She said she will call me back, but never did. I proceed to call her back after not hearing back to try to make an appointment again. But she said she needs to make sure that they accept my insurance which I thought is what we already did a couple days ago? I ask if I can just make an appointment first to have one set while whatever she is doing is processing. She said no. I tell her I found this place from my providers list of in network offices so it should be fine, I just really need to make an appointment. She said no again accompanied by how she didn’t put in my insurance information yet (even tho we literally already did that on the phone together?) and proceeds to tell me she will call me back tomorrow and says they have openings on Monday and Tuesday but won’t let me make an appointment because she needs to check the schedule and hangs up. This is so frustrating, it shouldn’t be this hard to make a doctors appointment for my mental health.
