From our very first session, Elizabeth created a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where I felt safe to open up and grow.

Too bad there isn't a 0 star. This place sucks. Please DO NOT take your child here. Very unprofessional. We waited over a year to hopefully get someone professional and we end up getting someone un experienced in children with lvl 3 autism. Communication with this company is God awful as well. Terrible terrible experience here

Website says immediate openings for testing, however, when you call they tell you it is two months out but they do not schedule appointments. They say they will call when it’s time. How can a parent (or anyone that works) plan with that? The website is not how it is.

We took our two year old son here to get evaluated for autism. After the evaluation the evaluator told us our son had mild autism, but we would schedule another session to go over in depth his test results. She stated it be maybe a week or two before she would get back to us. Well, fast forward to two months later and she has yet to reach out. We don’t have the official diagnosis or any documentation. I called the facility to dig into why we haven’t heard anything and have yet to hear back. I wish we would’ve never taken our child here. Looking back, they were only concerned about getting their money!! Edit following response to our google review: We NEVER received emails or phone calls trying to contact us for the final meeting until today after I made the google review. And I think the company’s responses to individual’s google reviews is very telling…Again, please do not entrust this company with your child’s care or testing. Second edit: Magically, I finally received an email today and a call from the center AFTER I made this google review. They informed me they wanted $500 before giving official testing results and they were not going to bill my insurance company directly. This place is out for the money and not to help young children!!! I have no problem paying for my son’s test results, but I do have a problem with them never filing a claim with my insurance. That is extremely bizarre. Very sad my son will not be getting his official diagnosis and $550 of our money, that didn’t go towards our deductible is gone. It’s concerning this company wants to continue to banter back-and-forth on a google review.

I have UnitedHealthcare insurance, and my doctor put in a referral for my daughter to get tested. Because I am a woman of color, they automatically assume I have United Healthcare Community plan (Ohio Medicaid coverage). They said I have to pay for services firstly before my daughter can be seen. There are three sets of charges $96, $1000 and $2500. I said to Jaqueline that I have insurance why do I have to pay out of pocket, they said that is their policy. A few moments later, Empower called me back stating they thought I had Medicaid. They are racist, prejudice and unprofessional and I would not recommend them for services.

Aic on snoffer is where my son attends day services. They integrated ABA, ot, speech and IEP goals to help individuals grow while on the spectrum. I went on tour after tour to many different centers in the area, specific for ASD and Empower fit perfect for my son. He has attended now for almost an entire year and can give an honest review. Intake with Tiffany and staff was smooth and done in a timely manner. My kid was able to begin ALOT faster than originally promised and was an easy transition. Classrooms are the perfect size with very educated and supportive staff. You can tell they love the children and want them to grow. Social support when I was going through a very hard time from a car accident Venson, Tara, Olivia and Carrie all helped to make the pain a little more bareable but supportive staff. Love them all PI suggest to not just taking my word for it come check them out. I believe they go-to age 21. Five-star for sure.
