Family First Center for Autism

This place is a joke. I’ve called them on multiple occasions, I’ve left voice mails, and they refuse to send the paperwork to schedule an appointment to have my child assessed. At this point I have my doubts about the competence of their services because they repeatedly fail at basic tasks like responding to potential clientele.

Family First has been amazing for our son! All of the therapists there care so much about him and try every strategy to help him learn new skills. They frequently communicate his progress, new goals, strategies, and just every day things they see and he does during therapy. They know his behaviors, likes, dislikes and where he is at with skills and for that reason he has made so much progress. They not only care about him while he is there with them, they also care about what is happening with him at school and home and go above and beyond to help him. The best thing about Family First is the staff! They are the most caring people who truly want to do whatever is in their power to help kids and families. My son loves his therapists and we LOVE Family First and are so thankful they are part of our son’s journey!

Family first was absolutely life changing for us!! From the moment we toured the facility to the last day of his school, we felt like part of the family. My son progressed more through this program than I could have ever imagined! What an immense blessing it was to be able to get connected with them. All the therapist truly care and are amazing. Lily, the main director, portrays such a high level of passion and love for what they do. I cannot thank the team here enough for what they have done for my son and my family. From the bottom of my heart, you all are such a deep blessing in our lives. It truly does take a village to raise a child and we are beyond blessed to have the whole team at family first as part of our village. Thank you so very much.

We LOVE Family First. They have radically changed my son’s life and the life of our family in amazing ways. He has learned how to control his emotions better and to interact with the world around him which typically has a different way of thinking than him. His school has seen a big improvement as well. We started at their Leavenworth location and are now at their Liberty location great experiences at both!
