We love this place. Our daughter has been attending for almost 2 months, and it has made a world of a difference for her! The staff are all friendly and go above and beyond to support our child. We get a daily report that lets us know what she has been working on and every week we have a meeting to discuss her progress and future goals. We love that we are able to have a say on the things she works on and they can help us with behaviors that are happening at home as well. The in-home setting works really well for my child and we are happy to have found the perfect place for her!

Absolutely love the team at Chase Behavior. We have a 3 year old in attendance there and the staff has been absolutely wonderful with her. We love the ability to have free and open communication with the staff for our daughter's progress, goals and experience. We are so excited to continue working with them as they help our daughter reach her full potential. I would absolutely recommend Chase Behavior Solutions to anyone.

It’s very important you make the right decision for your child’s ABA needs. We were enrolled in 2 clinics prior, and we just weren’t seeing the development improvements we were hoping for in our daughter. Chase provided the , “3rd times a charm” opportunity for our family and we are impressed after 2 months of work. What they’ve been able to accomplish that the two prior clinics weren’t. Able to, has really impressed us. This is the perfect fit for our needs. Super patient staff with excellent training. Please take the time to find the right ABS clinic for your little ones development. Chase is perfect for us!!!!!

Chase behavior solutions The staff is friendly, patient and very knowledgeable at chase behavior solutions. The staff goes above and beyond for my child. Seeing so much growth and detail in his progress has really made us Thank GOD we enrolled him at Chase Behavior Solutions. We really can see a difference in his motor, speech and social skill after only 3 months. This place is a life changer for our family!!!! This gives us confidence he will be prepared for school. I hesitated to post this review but upon interacting with the receptionist, Jennifer, and then touring the facility- I feel it is EXTREMELY important to share my experience. Admin staff: It appears only Jennifer works the front desk and takes calls. Her customer service is seriously atrocious. She was extremely belittling towards me when I asked common questions regarding insurance and specific care for my child. It was upsetting. She also did not truly seem educated on ABA policies and practices. Management: The owner, Paulette, appears to be very kind but watching her employees body language towards her during my tour was devastating. I later found out that her own child attends this 'clinic' and is shown extreme favoritism and care over other patients. She did not seem to know her own employees names and was not able to provide a full tour with great details. Therapists: I witnessed some of the Registered Behavioral Therapists (RBTs) on their cellphones, and grabbing children roughly by the elbows. It made me nervous and upset, and halted me from considering enrolling my child. Location: The 'clinic' is actually a house and there are SO MANY safety VIOLATIONS! I was shocked. There were dirty dishes in children's reach all over the kitchen, exposed food that the patients could reach. Electrical sockets were not covered. I truly would choose a different clinic to place your child at. Also, please look up employee reviews for this company- the workplace environment seems to be very alarming.
