My daughter is getting her speech and OT therapy there and they are the best ; The specialist are so professional and hardworking also so caring and supportive. The receptionist are the best too with any schedule or anything we ask they are so helpful .

The website description and what they charge was completely different. It was a bait and switch. They charge you for a subscription plus medication, which is more expensive than most providers. I would not recommend dealing with these people. It took over a week to get a credit back on my account which they charged right away. They didn’t give me the full refund. They held back on the consultation, which was about a minute long.Do not use them!

Absolute worst experience. The outsource everything to the Philippines, these wonderful people are out here tired as can be on the phones at 3:00 a.m. in the morning, I was waiting on hold with the so-called doctor for over an hour, even though they have this silly statement that says we're all human beings so sometimes doctors can be late too, however they were willing to charge me $50 if I was late! I rescheduled it actually they rescheduled it without my permission for the following day and still did not show! Then their systems were down so they couldn't give me my refund back, and there were literally no managers or leaders to speak to at all. Just hopeless overworked Filipinos of course they're the nicest people in the world but with no guidance. The worst absolute worst company to do business with.

Horrific. Been on the wait list for my son since June. I called once a month to check his status and EVERY SINGLE TIME the scheduler either left for the day or the phone rang and rang with no option to leave a message. Morning, afternoon, early evening. Didn't matter. I was just looking for confirmation that he was even ON THE LIST. Not once did I get that. Even today when I called I was forwarded to the schedulers phone that just rang and rang and rang. It takes A LOT to get me angry. Thankfully we got into another program but I still wanted to advocate for my child and see what went wrong! But nope. No answers. They are great at avoiding you. DO NOT GO HERE!
