My PT Seth is amazing! He knows what he is doing and helps me with pain management immensely. I always feel better after leaving. I've worked with a few other in the office, and they have all been fabulous as well!

Have been here for OT, PT - wonderful staff with great insight and professionalism - evaluation process was quick and easy, with treatment plan followup done quickly. Front desk staff is amazingly helpful too, so impressed. Definitely recommend for pediatric and adult therapy needs!

I originally wasn’t going to write this review because the customer service after the situation I’m about to describe was acceptable. However, after recently hearing another parent share the exact same experience, I felt it was important to speak up. My daughter had been receiving speech therapy at Fyzical for quite some time, and we loved her therapist. When the therapist left, we were told parents would be contacted about continuity of care and reassignment. Unfortunately, no one ever reached out to me. Weeks went by without communication, and it wasn’t until I complained that someone finally followed up. While staff were helpful once the issue was raised, the lack of proactive communication caused unnecessary stress and disruption in my daughter’s care, and we chose to move to another clinic. Continuity of care is critical for young children in therapy, and I hope the clinic improves its communication so other families don’t have the same experience.

FYZICAL Castle Rock has been wonderful for our daughter’s therapy. Ben (OT) and Julia (Speech) are both extremely skilled and truly see her as a whole child. They meet her where she’s at, celebrate her small wins, and push her in such a supportive and playful way. We are so grateful for the progress she has made and for the way both therapists make her feel safe, successful, and proud. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! My family has received physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy here! We are currently working with Kara for OT and she has been so amazing! She’s kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She always takes time to get to know her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable. She tailors the proposed therapy strategies to fit her clients’ needs and has creative ways to keep them engaged. We love working with her!

Our family absolutely LOVES going here for occupational and physical therapy! Ben has been a phenomenal help over the past several years with one of my daughters as she works through sensory processing struggles. His welcoming, easy going approach has significantly improved how she interacts with everything and everyone around her. My youngest has just started physical therapy with Sydney, and she has also been such a helpful and patient therapist! Fyzical has been a wonderful resource for our family. Highly recommend!!

Working with our two occupational therapists Kara and Anja over the past several months has been an incredible experience for my son. They have patiently taught him techniques to manage hyperactivity, improve focus, follow multi-step directions, and strengthen his executive functioning skills. I’ve seen a remarkable improvement in his confidence and ability to concentrate, and I truly believe his school days are more productive and positive because of their support.
