Echo to the last review....to a tee. We thought we may be the only ones but apparently not....Our story is 5+ years of both Speech and OT. We recently left the center for all the above reasons from the prior review. The priorities of the Center revolve around insurance (dictates who your assigned therapist is but not billing therapist?) and not personalized care and definitely not customer service. Before you invest hours completing paperwork, scheduling assessments, and waiting for a therapist to become available, I strongly recommend considering other options. When my son is able to get a appointment the therapist have been great with him. However, im very frustrated with the limited availability of therapist. Now I found out they are getting rid of the flex schedule. Just extremely frustrating when you are trying to get your son in for speech and OT therapy. My son has not had speech therapy since his reevaluation in September. The only therapist on Friday I guess can't take my insurance. Now the flex schedule is going to be gone as well.
