Staff are not properly trained and majority of supervisors are not qualified for the job and lack experience and education. Very unorganized and unprofessional company. The therapists usually only last a couple months until they quit and there are always parent complaints. Do not recommend for anyone seeking proper ABA services for their child.

Hello, I'd like to share a little about my experience at Genesis Behavior Center. When my son arrived, he was behind in many areas, including speech, communication, and behavior. Without a doubt, receiving ABA therapy was key to his progress. Today, my son has finished his program here. He's now an independent, bilingual child who adapts and behaves better in different life situations thanks to the excellent care he received from the therapists, especially Karina. However, I had to make some effort at home to make it work because nothing works magically. I followed the instructions, goals, and tasks we had to complete at home. I'm deeply grateful to the entire team for their dedication. If you need ABA therapy, this is a great place, and I highly recommend it. Thank you. (Chicken Nugget)

Unprofessional, dishonest, and lacking the proper certifications. We wish we investigated our options first. We now know why they are blacklisted from referrals from our school district. AVOID
