About Guidepost ABA
Guidepost ABA takes a different approach to ABA therapy. Rather than relying on compliance-based methods, we practice assent-based, neuroaffirming ABA — meaning your child's willingness and comfort guide every session, not just their compliance. We follow their lead, honor their communication style (spoken, AAC, gestures, or otherwise), and adapt our pace to what feels right for them, not a rigid protocol.
Our team is led by a licensed Clinical Director (BCBA) trained in this philosophy, and we deliver services both in-home and in-school across the Dallas-Fort Worth area — meeting your child in the environments where they actually live, play, and learn. We believe therapy should build trust and genuine engagement, not just extinguish behaviors.
