They chart the progress that your child has made so it’s great to see the step by step progress and milestones that are met! The BCBA’s set up weekly or biweekly meetings so you get to strategize with them and learn to best help your child. They go above and beyond to write out step by step plans for your child to meet goals. They have great play rooms and so many fun toys and a sensory room. They work on socialization and my child made lots of friends. Roots has helped my child so much and we are so thankful for everyone there and the two years that we got to know the different BCBA’s, technicians and staff there. My child was ready and prepared for kindergarten and has grown leaps and bounds. I highly recommend Roots, especially for early toddler years.

It takes a village to raise any child, nevermind those who are challenged with special needs. Since we relocated to IL from out of state we have had to rebuild our support network and village; the owners of Roots have been a huge part of the success of our daughter’s therapeutic journey over the past several years. Places like Roots are hard to come by, and talented, caring staff even more so. I am so grateful for the support and care provided by Jen, Jillian and their dedicated team. Keep going and growing! There are so many more kiddos who can benefit from what you’ve built, delivering outstanding services with such care and expertise.

Jillian and Jen are amazing! They helped when my son was first diagnosed with Autism. They were advocates when we were desperately trying to get an IEP for my son; walked us through every step of the way, and made sure he was getting all the support he needed. Not only did the care about my son, but even made sure that I was getting any additional support I needed.
