Do not expect ANYTHING real or CONSISTENT from this place. I have had horrendous Case Managers who caused me more stress than anything. My two therapists were okay for a bit but then they started being rude and dismissive with me. The psychiatrist there would talk to me for 3 minutes maximum. He also refused to sign paperwork for me to obtain free transportation to work. I am utterly disappointed by this horrible place. If you need help, GO TO MERAKEY DIRECTLY. Sophie

Disrespectful and unprofessional staff! Asked the receptionist a question, and while other staff stood by, they made remarks and comments under their breath. Ask receptionist when was the latest appointment for a particular therapist but she didn’t know the answer so she went to ask another staff. The staff became loud and disrespectful for no apparent reason! Wouldn’t recommend!
