The entire staff has been a blessing, from Raina, James and my son's therapist Diana. They are very family oriented and help my son reach his milestones and more. My 2 year old daughter is diagnosed with autism and we started working with DFW milestones from past 6 months. Our journey with Dfw milestones is so stress free, James helped us with all the paperwork and insurance related stuff. He goes above and beyond to help the client in anyway he can. Raina is out BCBA, she is very knowledgeable and helpful. She understands the family and the kid needs, accordingly she prepares the program and helps us with all parenting needs. We did in home services, Brittany was our therapist. She is so kid friendly and my daughter loves her so much. When we first started she has no words at all, but now in less than 6 months she uses her words to communicate her needs. Her eye contact improved a lot. Brittany works really hard and is very responsible, she always have a friendly smile and a lovely attitude. It is such a blessing for us to work with DFW milestones and we are thankful for the team.

We have had nothing but amazing experiences with the company. The owners are the most wonderful people to work with. We love the in home therapy because we get to be a part of the therapy process. The therapist’s are wonderful and work well with my son. He enjoys his time with the therapist. I couldn’t be more happy with the work they do!

Milestones saved us! Our AC went out at 6pm on the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend. While many AC companies were closed, Milestones had someone working on our air within AN HOUR! Unfortunately, our unit couldn’t be saved but Milestones had it replaced and working in no time. With a newborn at home, we so appreciated how quickly they could get this done for us. All installers and servicemen were polite, skilled and extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend for all your AC needs. I will be using Milestones to service our new AC system yearly!
