My daughter has made SO much progress since beginning services at Keystone. Her confidence was built. Her vocabulary exploded and it was presented to her in a way that makes learning fun. She looked forward to every appointment! We absolutely love Leah, Emily and Carrie. The entire staff is very friendly and quickly became family. I can not give Keystone enough praise. I am so thankful for everything they have helped my daughter accomplish!

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Billing department is HORRIBLE, will charge your card without you knowing for huge amounts. Was asked to be contacted by a manager and still no response.manager completely ignored my email. Horrible customer service Really liked them to start off ; however in 1 year my daughter went through 4 therapist. Be mindful before choosing kyo

We received ABA therapy from Kyo for the last year. The BCBA supervisors, Brianna and Jacquelynn, were great! Both supervisors conducted in-person and video call parent meetings regularly. The Kyo team did a great job helping my son master daily living skills, fine and gross motor skills, and PECS communication. I only discontinued therapy with Kyo to start my son in center therapy to learn social skills. Kyo is a great ABA resource for home therapy!

We have been with Kyo since February 2021 and I can not say enough about what they have done for my son. Danielle and Jacquelynn the BCBAs are amazing. They have helped my son grow so much, from sitting and looking at the wall to pretend playing and now talking. I will forever be greatful for them and the RBTs that have helped my son. Billing and scheduling are a challenge, but our BCBAs have helped me get it all figured out. I would recommend Kyo 1000%.

I am having a very bad experience with Kyo clinic for my son's ABA therapy sessions. We were told by the Kyo management that all the sessions would be in person. However, their main BCBA never visited us in person and used to have video calls, though they were charging us for in person visits. Since BCBA (calling out her name here - Briana) never visited in person, she was having a ZERO information about my son's needs and requirements. That resulted in poor goal setup. The excuse that she gave us for not visiting us in person was the distance, although we had provided our address in our first with Kyo management. She kept on changing goals with each video call, resulting in wastage of time, mind it I was paying it out of my pocket without any insurance. One month later, Brianna said that there will be a new BCBA handling my son, which means the first month was a total waste. KYO is just money minting machine, WITHOUT ANY BENEFITS. I am stopping their services but thought I should make everyone aware of these guys, who just are here for money and in return, won't provide anything. These 2 months were a disaster. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND KYO TO ANYONE. Edit: I forgot one important thing. Be ready for the inflated Invoices. They were overcharging me for around a month until I figured out that the hourly rates were much higher than what were finalized in the contract. TOO CHEAP. I hope KYO Management is listening.
