I had to select one star beach that is the minimum option. If they allowed negative stars that would be more accurate. Horrible experience all around at the madison location. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! They have employee turnover and multiple different people come and go who don't even have a license. They train kids to become a real licensed provider one day and sell it as if they really make any difference. They charge you a ton of fees for even being 5 minutes late but can cancel you last minute with no consequence. Plus they only have one licensed ABA therapist on premise who is very hands off. My kid was a client for 5 years and the terrible business practices and shadiness needs to be investigated further. Something is suspect and needs to be investigated. You've been warned.

Truly love KGH!! As a parent, trusting someone with your loved one for many hours a day it is so hard and scary! However, I never had a fear from day one. From as early as intake and the phone call from the owner, I felt like the staff went above an beyond to calm my every fear! I fell in love with staff and appreciate beyond words the year that they spent with my son! Not to mention the relationships we made along the way!

They place profit long before children. Please do your child a favor and look elsewhere. Takes a while to match with a competent therapist, and when you have a schedule set and committed for a season, they remove the therapist without notice, to optimize their hours (profit) and leave your child hanging

Very bad company to start a ABA Therapy. In the baginning of conversation with agent she promise me that they dont have waiting list for new client. As we start to evaluate my child and try to schedule therapy agent told me than i have to have minimum of requirement hours. First its was 50% than she change to 80% of recomendation. As she knew my kiddo in the school and he can not have that many hours per week. The end of story agent told me they dont have available therapist now and agent put me on waiting list for several months. Plus they put me as self payed customer evn though i have BCBS union insurance PPo. And agent refused to send bills to my insurance and she send my file to collection since i refused to pay in cash. Very bad company to start with.
