Dr. Koller prescribed me Prednisone for a severe ear ringing from both ears in 2020. He is not an ear specialist since he gave me too much pills to take, which caused me to have very severe hallucinations and suicidal thoughts that evenly lead to schizophrenia! He caused me and my family grief and anger that I can not even write on here! I am still schizophrenic and have already changed my doctor to KANA (I recommend). Also, I have a physiatrist with Providence Counseling (I recommend too) who prescribed me my injections that I need to take every 3 months for my condition. Definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND this doctor! :(

We always feel comfortable at this office. The employees are nice and easy to talk to. Dr. Koller is a very good doctor and listens to you.

He was amazing. We had been to the ER with no answers and we are KCHC patients. They referred us to him because they were booked. He had myself and two children in and out under an hour, swabbed, diagnosed and rx ready for ear infections and strep. I was impressed with his demeanor and bedside manor....will be using him from now on. I love the personal feel and fast service!

Showed up with a pain in my lower right abdomen. I informed the staff that I work on raspberry island and couldn't make it back in with ease so I wanted to get as much figured out that day as I could. I was told it was 240 dollars to see the DR. The person I saw wasn't a doctor but a PA which was fine and I liked her. The nurses were very hard to understand. I couldn't make out what they were saying most of the time. i told them I thought I had appendicitis. The PA told me if my symptoms worsen I could get put on an antibiotic. They did a few old school tests and took some blood. They told me I'd have results in two days. A week later and I'm Just finding out the results. They had them but they couldn't tell me over the phone that the results were normal. I had to get angry to get any response. It wasn't until I started asking peoples names that I got any call back. After I started to feel worse I called and called and called constantly put on hold for up to 30 minutes at a time when finally the PA told me they couldn't help any more and to go to the emergency room. The nurse told me that the PA had problems with her "paper work" and was unable to see patients. So 300 dollars later I'm here waiting for a plane to take me into Kodiak so I can spend potentially thousands at the emergency room.

Dr. Koller is the kind of doctor who will do whatever he can for his patients. He will stay hours late or come hours early. He is passionate and considerate. Not only is he good to his patients but also he truly cares about his staff and his clinic. I wish I could bring KIACC & Dr. Koller with me to every state I move to.
