They have some incredible Bcbas and most therapist were wonderful. Unfortunately we had a very unnerving experience with a particular therapist and how she treated our child, we voiced our complaints and could not reach an agreement, overall I feel it could have been handled differently and left very disappointed.

They are the absolute best hands down . My son started out non verbal when he first started and not even a full two months he is now saying words and attempting to speak full sentences. He has learned so much and the staff is amazing and so loving !!!

I wish I could give 5 stars but sadly I can't, my son has been taking his therapies at Mercy for about 6 months, a very disorganized center, I have been traveling 30 minutes away and when I arrive they tell me that the therapy had been canceled on multiple occasions! And the most terrible and devastating thing is that in one therapy someone on the staff showed him mystery videos ("lady dancing killer") traumatizing my son for 3 nights without being able to sleep, and they only told me that it would not happen again, they did not give me a name or information of the person who did it, they hire staff without experience and necessary maturity! I really do not recommend it.

Most patient therapist , I can really truly tell they have huge passion for what they do !! I honestly never felt so thankful in my life 🤍
