I have the pleasure of working with La'Shondra for more than 2 years and counting. She has been one of the most consistent professionals I have ever come across in my adult life. As a person of color I was very apprehensive of seeking therapy, I was anxious in finding someone who would understand my life experiences. She has a very compassionate and caring approach. La'Shondra always listens and makes it so easy just to let go and be myself. Sometimes I just have to vent, other times she's holding my hand throughout a situation and through it all I can say, there is always a safe space with her. Usually we have met at my home or out, however, she now has a comfortable, relaxed office. Even during the Covid-19 shutdown La'Shondra went above and beyond to reach out and let me know she was available through telehealth. (I would not miss a meeting with her for anything!) We seamlessly continued our sessions with video telehealth. I always look forward to seeing and working with her.
