My son attended their organization and is now in kindergarten succeeding Every day. I would suggest that anyone that’s Looking into getting help for their child look into this company They changed my son‘s life.

Don't send your precious children to this place . There are far better choices. When we interviewed we had concerns about continuity of care as other places had challenges with staffing . We where told they the bcba had been there for 5 years and that they had solid staffing . Within a month the bcba assigned quit a month after that the office manger/bcba quit. The bcba assigned her name was Kathy had the gift of making you feel like a terrible parent if you didn't have the answers to her questions. After a few months of service they started to call as I'm getting the kids ready for therapy to say that they have no staffing . This happened several times a week. The bcba Kathy said its always been this way and that corporate hasn't done anything about it and probably wont. They do no know how to work with the insurance companies. Kids went from 38 to 32 hours while at Florida autism. We pulled them out of there and now they are receiving 40hrs fulltime therapy. IF I had questions about staffing they got very defensive additionally they sent us a discharge summary stating that the children need less restrictive therapy. How petty and completely not in line with any other caregiver we have had .Especially our pediatric neurologist.
