Everyone at Oaks Dynamic was professional, competent and caring. They did an excellent job engaging our son while handling his challenging behaviors. The team has created a welcoming environment for him and his peers, and he felt at home there and loved attending.

As I have seen the way the workers handle the kids that come here, to better improve the capacity of what they can learn. My son has been working with Oaks Dynamics for a short time. However, in that time there has been tremendous growth. I needed out of the box solutions for my very rigid child and with ease the solutions started flowing and hasn’t stopped. The adult male examples available for my son to emulate is comforting as well. They listen and that is important. My family is appreciative of their service.

I personally don't agree with the other reviews. My child had multiple Behavior Technicians that weren't trained to meet the efficiency of my child's needs. There were often inconsistencies with the time of arrival always a excuse. I was suppose to sign EVERY DAY a form in acknowledgement of my child's activities on the Behavior Technician's phone, and I may have signed them twice a week, always a excuse as to why the Behavior Technician's did not have them. That alone told me that technician's were not being overseen. The qualifications have nothing to do with experience, just a high school diploma and like to work with children on the spectrum. I think they should shut down for two weeks, clean house, properly train staff, hire people with credible credentials and start anew. Having a unprofessional staff makes this experience more stressful for parents , it really does, it's a unnecessary stress I didn't have in addition to my child. Unfortunately I had to pull my child from this program, however I do wish them all the best.🙏🏻

I highly recommend Oaks Dynamics! Based on my own experience with my twin boys who have made huge huge strides in their behaviors just in the time since we have been bless to get services with Oaks Dynamics. I never plan to change companies EVER! We have the opportunity to work with such an amazing BCBA and RBT whom are so amazing and have such wonderful communication skills not just with our children but with us parents who are learning as well!
