We absolutely LOVE this place and everyone that works here! They are all so compassionate and my son loves both of his therapist!!! The front staff is always so welcoming and personable!!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

I called yesterday to inquire about canceling for today because the weather was going to be bad they told me it would count against me if i didn't come so i told them okay i'll be there and i'll call in the morning if i decide not to come. well i show up today and they had cancelled my appointment! i also left a message asking someone to call me back to ask questions they didn't call me back but assumed i canceled no where in my message did i say i was canceling i wanted to ask questions and still called back after the message and spoke to someone. why would you cancel my appointment just because you feel like it! and to top it off the lady at the front looked at me like it was my fault no it's your fault for not paying attention to what i said. i take time off from work for these appointments and now my child is missing out because you can't listen call to confirm if you were unsure!

The therapists here do an amazing job. I took my son 6yrs ago for speech therapy and now for occupational and I love all the ways they interact with the children and are always very kind. My only complaint is that when we came the first time it was so child friendly, they had a train table in the waiting area with plenty of seating, a playroom, a play set outside and you checked in at the front desk by talking to the receptionist. Now it is completely not child friendly in the waiting area and is very impersonal by checking in with a computer system. There are few chairs in the waiting area with zero things for children to play with. Most people have more than one child and even though I am privileged to have a great support system. Even I can’t get a sitter to watch my children every week. It was a major disappointment to see this change. The excuse I’m sure was Covid, which in my opinion is a terrible excuse. This should be a child friendly place but is really falling short with the waiting area.

I attended the 28th Annual Chuck Long Charity Sports Auction. They do so are able to provide lots of kids with therapy the staff is wonderful

I genuinely love CTC and all the people who work here. They take wonderful care of my son and are all very kind and great at adapting to each individual child's needs.
