Peak Behavioral Health

In August I took my son to his Primary Care Pediatrician. A referral was sent to Peak for OT and Speech therapy. Peak called me within 2-3 days of receiving the referral and informed me the waitlist is out until Jan but if a spot opens up they will contact me. Fine. I was just fine with that. Today I called just to check the status of the waitlist. He is not on the waitlist. A staff error forgot to put him on the waitlist. Now they are unable to tell me when the next spot on the waitlist he can get. My son is an autistic teen. This is unprofessional. Choose a different therapy provider. Do not go here for therapy.

The best of the best. Since starting at Peak we have moved but still make the 30-40 minute drive (for sessions that are often only 30 minutes) because there just isn’t anyone around that can compete!

Peak is phenomenal! My son had a speech delay we started seeing Leigh in 2022. My son went twice a week and his speech improved tremendously over the time he spent with Leigh. I’m forever grateful that my son got Leigh as his speech therapist she’s wonderful she’s kind she’s patient she’s everything we needed. My son also did occupational therapy at Peak. The therapist he worked with is no longer there, but she was wonderful. Kara was our therapist with PCIT shes also wonderful at what she does. All of the staff there is great . We spent a little over two years going there. We went three days a week and my son improved so much with the help of these therapists! Thank you Peak we love you and miss you!
